The space
Location! Location! Location! This downtown space is where you book to truly experience the energy that is Ellicottville. It is gorgeously laid out with a full kitchen leading into a relaxed living space. The front patio looks out to Washington Street - the Main street of Ellicottville - and is a fist bump away from the new Madigans patio space (Madigans is a local Irish bar and dance club!) The bedroom is tucked away and attached to a full bathroom, as well as it’s own private back patio. This space also comes with free parking for two vehicles - always a hot commodity in out small town. Bring your fun and adventurous spirit and stay in the heart of Ellicottville!
Other things to note
This space is NEXT TO A BAR - an incredible, exciting, “time of your life” bar - but please note there will be music until 2-3am!! (FYI - we provide ear plugs!)

We love this apartment so much that we got home after our first visit and immediately booked another stay. So cozy and private, but also in the middle of all of the action. The location can’t be beat directly in the center of the village - everything is literally right outside the door! The space is so cozy and comfortable and very well stocked with all the necessities. It was loud at night until around 2am but we knew it would be - we were there for a party atmosphere anyway so we didn’t mind. Def would recommend if you’re looking for a fun place for a weekend!

The inside is really fantastic and great open space - much larger than you would imagine from the outside. Parking was convenient right in the back and close to door as we skied and packed and unpacked the car twice. Porches are great and location is great - exception of loud bar next door at night - nothing that the white noise on our cell phones couldn't handle though. Definitely stay again.
