This tiny house is a fun, charming retreat. We loved the charming decor and the beds were very comfortable. It had all the amenities one might need, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We loved being able to walk into Ellicotville. Highly recommend!

The tiny home is awesome! Close to the great outdoors, mountain bike trails and beautiful scenery in the summer when I was there, plus a two minute walk to the shops and restaurants and bars of downtown Ellicottville. The space inside is, frankly, bigger than I would’ve expected for a tiny house though to be fair I was there alone so I didn’t have much competition for that space. But everything worked as advertised, the bed was super comfortable, and Kate was helpful with trail recommendations as well as restaurant and bar recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my family’s second time staying at the Tiny House of Ellicotville. It was a cozy space for my family of four. We spent days skiing, visiting the Martin house in Buffalo and the Niagara Aquarium. Evening were spent walking, shopping and eating in town. The house is very walkable since you are right downtown. We ordered pizza in one night and all ate around the table in the family room, it was cozy. We also played cards around the table and watched TV upstairs. We love the space and will definitely return!
