Clean and cozy for a long weekend! Perfect for shopping and dining in Ellicottville and only 17 minutes from Seneca Allegheny Casino. We love our fall in WNY, but I can imagine the location is amazing for skiing at Holiday Valley.

Extremely cozy really wonderful little place - perfect for crashing after a day of skiing- warm and inviting, just a wonderful find. Beds comfy and cozy, nice fireplace, everything was clean and very comfortable- highly recommend, will look to stay again if we are in Ellicotville!

The townhouse is exactly as described. It was nice and clean, the furniture is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. It takes about 15 minutes to walk (on a sidewalk) to the downtown area. The hosts were friendly and responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
